Speaker Huffman Restricts Voters Right to Gather in the House

Matt Huffman sets Ohio House rules that restrict constituents from gathering in the House during a session and shortens the time for public notices of floor votes on bills from 24 hours to only ONE HOUR. Fifty-nine advocacy groups sign an open letter that reads: the rules "blatantly attack Ohioans First Amendment rights."
