Democratic Candidate for Ohio Secretary of State:
Allison Russo

The Buckeye Veterans Coalition--veterans who remember their oath and continue to honor it--endorse Allison Russo for Secretary of State. The values of integrity, service, and accountability define vets. Those same values will guide Russo's vision for serving as Ohio's chief elections official.

Representative Allison Russo has served four terms in the Ohio House of Representatives protecting one-person-one-vote, advocating for reproductive rights, and fighting for labor protections. She knows the Secretary of State’s job is making sure every vote is counted, every ballot is honest, and the rules work for Ohioans, not the powerful.

The Democratic candidate for Ohio Secretary of State spoke to hundreds of elections officials in Columbus on June 9th. She agreed with her GOP opponent Bob Sprague about the security and accuracy of our elections and making Election Day a holiday. But she described Sprague's call to eliminate ballot drop boxes as "irresponsible."
