On September 30, 2024 WFIN Radio sponsored a debate forum with candidates for 83rd District State Representative--Democrat Sheila Coressel and Republican Ty Mathews. Mathews devoted his closing remarks to an appeal to vote No on Issue One, the anti-gerrymandering referendum. His comments were filled with misinformation, fear-mongering and lies.
