Kathy is the former President & CEO of The Community Foundation of Findlay and Hancock County. When she introduced herself to the membership of the Party, Kathy noted “it is critical that we as a [Democratic] Party increase our presence and our viability if we are going to attract candidates to run for all the uncontested races we often see on the ballot.”
