Ohio Republicans Want to Give More Tax Breaks to the Rich

According to Policy Matters Ohio, the legislature has cut taxes in the last 20 years so that the richest 20% of Ohioans get 70% of the benefits. Now House Bill 617 would eliminate capital gains taxes to save most of us only about $40, while the richest 1% would save thousands.
