The outgoing Sec. of Transportation spoke at the U.S. Conference of Mayors, touted the achievements of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law...and concluded by urging the mayors to "remind people that there is such a thing as fact and fiction and the job of leaders includes helping people sort out which is which."
