DeWine Signs Bill Banning DEI at Ohio's Public Colleges

Even though over 1500 people submitted opponent testimony, the Governor signed S.B. 1 into law. After taking effect on June 27th, public colleges will no longer be allowed to have DEI practices on campus. A school violating the ban risks losing state funding.
