HB 102 to prohibit a sex offender from residing or loitering near the victim's home. And HB 112 revives Jennifer Gross's "Conscientious Right to Refuse Act" from last year. This would prohibit discrimination against people who refuse "certain medical interventions" (like vaccinations) for "reasons of conscience."
