Once Again, DeWine Tries to Interfere With Ohio Teachers Pension Board

For years, Ohio teachers have complained about the State Teachers Retirement System: the loss of millions of dollars in investments, the suspension of COLA since 2017, millions in bonuses for board staff.

David Pepper reminds us how Governor DeWine unlawfully replaced a board member that teachers and retirees approved of to bring reform and transparency to the System. That board member was reinstated by the courts.

Now DeWine's Attorney General Dave Yost has filed suit to remove that same board member.
