Trump's signed an Executive Order to eliminate the Dept. of Education, "returning education back to the states." At the White House for the signing were some approving governors, including DeWine. In Ohio, public schools are underfunded while unaccountable voucher and charter schools receive over a billion taxpayer dollars.
