Another day, another round of dramatic cuts (floated, at least) to core government services touching every corner of America. A Washington Post story reported that Trump is openly suggesting that the US Postal Service be privatized. And the Trump transition team is also discussing the rolling back of bank regulations, including the elimination of the FDIC, which insures bank deposits and was a critical and successful reform following the Great Depression.
